This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations made for the Udaanshree Scholarship Test 2026 conducted by Minovox EdTech Pvt. Ltd.
By registering on https://udaanshree.minovox.in/, you agree to this policy.
1. Registration Fee Policy
- The registration fee for Scholarship 2026 (₹99 to ₹199 as officially announced) is generally non-refundable.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made for the same student
- Payment deducted but registration not confirmed
- Technical error during transaction
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Student chooses not to appear in the exam
- Change of decision after successful registration
- Incorrect details entered by parent/student
- Disqualification due to rule violation
- Late arrival or absence on exam day
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send email to: info@minovox.in
- Mention student name, registered mobile number, transaction ID, and reason for refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Once registration is successfully completed, cancellation of participation is not allowed.
- Registration cannot be transferred to another student.
6. Exam Rescheduling
If Udaanshree reschedules or modifies the examination due to operational reasons, no refund shall be provided. Updated dates will be communicated.
